Personal Effectiveness
The proven techniques and tools we provide are based on Priority Management’s Working Sm@rt series of time management courses, QBQ Inc.’s Personal Accountability and the QBQ! training, and our own experience facilitating time management courses and coaching busy people since 1988.
Time Management: The Working Sm@rt series has training solutions that address two types of client “tools” – software and hardware. In addition, we have developed a short, targeted training session for specific versions of MS Outlook.

Personal Accountability: Based on QBQ! The Question Behind the Question, John G. Miller’s popular book,
Personal Accountability and the QBQ!
is both a training program and a tool that enables individuals, work teams, and organizations to practice personal accountability. This training is easily customizable so that teams and organizations can address their own unique issues. We can either facilitate QBQ training for an organization / team or can license the training to your organization for internal facilitation.

THE PROCESS
We show you how to apply best practice, Priority Management techniques for planning and getting the right things done using the basic and advanced functionality of MS Outlook. When combined with an optional follow-up coaching meeting, you’ll have a total process that’s customized for your individual needs. Let us help you, your team, or your organization unleash the full power of Outlook!
You’ll attend the Working Sm@rt with Microsoft Outlook workshop (6.5 hours) and start to use techniques to work from a clear desk, manage information, identify and manage priorities, manage notes from meetings and conversations, delegate without fear of losing control, and put balance back into your life. About two weeks later, a Pinnacle Coach will visit you in your office to reinforce the learning, answer your questions, and customize the techniques for you.

This training can be stand-alone training or as add-on training to Working Sm@rt with Microsoft Outlook. Let us help you, your team, or your organization unleash the full power of your BlackBerry devices!
You’ll attend the Working Sm@rt with BlackBerry workshop (either 5 hours or 3 hours) and learn tips and techniques to manage your email, calendar, contacts and tasks using your BlackBerry. You will leave the workshop knowing how to unleash the full power of your BlackBerry device in conjunction with Outlook (or Lotus Notes or Groupwise)!

We show you how to not only plan, organize and run a successful meeting but also how to get the most out of the meetings you are required to attend. Anyone who either conducts or attends meetings can benefit from this training.
You’ll attend either a half-day, instructor-led Working Sm@rt in Meetings workshop or a 4-hour web-based virtual classroom session where you will learn how to take a “business planning” approach to meetings, increase meeting effectiveness, save time, and improve meeting outcomes. In short, you will leave the workshop knowing how to get your meetings on time, on track, and on purpose.
